Private Practice Bliss™ 90 Day Format Training

This is one of the methods that I will discuss in the training sessions.

I use this format for three things:

  1. Clarify values and what a value based lifestyle means
  2. Create long-term and short-value based goals
  3. Create a 90 day plan for short-term goals that includes weekly and daily planning
