If you are having technical difficulties, or have questions about your account/payments, Lisa from Caring Safely member support will help you.  If Lisa needs additional support from our administrative or technical supports she will email you let you know your request has been received and that we are seeking additional support.  

If you have questions about the content or programming, Charlene will help you.
